Our fabrications
M. François Gordon clinic specializes in the manufacture of ocular prostheses.
We make your prosthesis on the day of your appointment and according to your availability.
Depending on the condition and age of the prosthesis, we can adjust, enlarge and repair it on the same day.
We also manufacture customized prostheses, corneal-scleral shell prostheses, as well as “test shells” to cover your atrophied, disfigured, discoloured, off-centred or non-seeing eye.
Moreover, we manufacture various other products, such as tailor-made postoperative conformers, covered by the RAMQ.
We also manufacture iris conformers through a referral from your doctor. Those conformers are a temporary solution while waiting for the tailor-made prosthesis.
